Objectives: To provide Ontario SME suppliers an understanding of current tools, resources and ‘Best Practices’ that can assist your company to source, screen, select, hire, train and retain the people you need for success. Members of Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC), Canadian Tooling & Manufacturing Association (CTMA), Automotive Parts Manufacturing Association (APMA), and Canadian Association of Mold Makers (CAMM) will derive direct benefit and are welcome to participate in this event.
